No, Aspen Mews is not a care home. Aspen Mews is a collection of 25 self-contained luxury apartments for occupation solely for those over 55 years old. Residents own or rent their apartments and have 100% independence. What we do facilitate though, is a richly rewarding quality of life. Our dedicated, thoughtful, and discreet team ensures that residents have complete freedom to find happiness every day.

The apartments are all sold on 125-year leases. Once purchased, the apartment is yours and owned by you. You are able to sell the apartments on the open market should you wish at any time.

We also understand how important a commitment moving to a new home is, which is we can be there for you every step of the way. Should you wish, there’s an option for part-exchange of your current home, which allows us to ease the stress of relocating, from beginning to end, thanks to our partnership with Citrus PX.
